How much does shipping cost?
We offer a standard flat rate shipping charge of £5. We also offer free shipping for orders over £75. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where do you ship too?
We currently only ship within the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship products within 1 working day once we receive your order unless otherwise stated on our website.
Once shipped our products usually arrive within 3-5 working days . For addresses in the Scottish Highlands this may be slightly longer. We are not responsible for any delays once the order has been dispatched.
We may if requested send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please make sure you have entered your personal details correctly at checkout. We do not take responsibility for lost or undelivered products if the address is entered incorrectly at checkout. If a change of address is made to the courier by yourself we do not take responsibility if not delivered.
If you leave your mobile number when placing your order you will receive order updates via text message. We can also offer updates via facebook messenger / email.
Do you offer in salon pick up?
Yes, You can choose this option at checkout. We will email / text / facebook messenger you to let you know when your order is ready to be collected.
